Once you’ve chosen Graham Hart Home Builder to build your new custom home, we’ve made it really easy and fun to get started.  Building a home can be overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be.  In just three easy steps, you can get started on your dream home and your Community Selling Manager will be guiding you the entire way.

STEP 1: Select your home site. Choose from one of our communities or build on your own site.

STEP 2: Complete your paperwork. Don’t worry, you won’t need a dictionary. Our agreement is simple and easy to understand.

STEP 3: Customize your home, select layout and colors. Put on your dream hat. This is where it gets really fun! Do you want a large site or a low-maintenance one? You will choose your paint color, tile, brick and other finishes at our in-house Selection Centers.
