Graham Hart Home Builder has taken an innovative approach to financing. Instead of relying on construction loans, which are very difficult to obtain in this economy, we raised private funds for interim financing through a regulated Private Placement Memorandum.
Our PPM is made up of individual investors that meet certain suitability and accredited requirements. We have dozens of individual investors who’ve invested qualified and non-qualified funds and are making a premium return.
