Graham Hart Home Builder's mission is to build you a home of distinction. We do understand that from time to time your home may require some fine tuning. Graham Hart Home Builder's Warranty Program is set up to put your mind at ease. Your new home warranty offers you the following:

  • 1 Year Limited Workmanship and Materials
  • 2 Years for Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, and A/C Delivery Systems
  • 10 Years for Major Structural Components of the Home

If you have issues or questions regarding the maintenance of your home, please refer to the PDF links at the right of this page. If these do not answer your questions or address your issues, please fill out our online Warranty Request form below. A Graham Hart representative will contact you within one business day to schedule an inspection. Upon your inspection, we will work diligently to assure that your items are resolved in a timely manner.
