This holiday season, celebrate somewhere extra-special – in your brand new Graham Hart home. Graham Hart currently has an excellent selection of homes that are completed or nearing completion, with plenty of time to be settled by the holidays.

“For many families, their most precious memories occur over the holiday season, and it’s also the most popular time of the year to welcome friends, relatives and coworkers into your home,” said Shawn Goff, owner of Graham Hart Home Builder. “We’ve purposefully scheduled these homes so that construction is complete in September and October, which allows buyers to close on their new home and be totally comfortable and ready to entertain before the busy holiday season begins.”

At Sandstone Cove, one home is complete and a second home is scheduled to be complete by the beginning of October. The completed home, priced at $470,000 and located at 2869 Sandstone Drive, is a 2,782-square-foot home with four bedrooms and three baths. The home nearing completion is a 2,888-square-foot home with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. Located at 2816 Sandstone Drive, the home is priced under $500,000. Both homes are one-story designs.

At Talon Hills, three homes are ready for immediate move-in, and two homes are scheduled for completion in early October. Homebuyers who act quickly will receive a credit for $5,000 in closing costs. The homes range in price from $325,000 to $389,900 and in size from approximately 2,533 to 3,303 square feet. All of the homes feature four bedrooms, and buyers can choose from both one- and two-story designs. Several of the homes include two or even three separate living areas.

Both neighborhoods offer an outstanding quality of life. Sandstone Cove, located in Hurst within an easy 15-minute commute of Fort Worth, is an exclusive community that comprises just 30 homesites. Homeowner enjoy the benefits of new home design and construction in a setting surrounded by mature neighborhoods. Naturally beautiful, the community features lush groves, a picturesque pond and an inviting walking trail that adjoins the neighborhood.

Ideal for both work and play, Talon Hills overlooks Eagle Mountain Lake, yet is just 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. This master-planned community features an amenity center with community pool, walking trail and views of the 9,000-acre Eagle Mountain Lake, a popular spot for boating, fishing and skiing. Numerous parks and hiking trails are located around the lake. Talon Hills is served by the highly acclaimed Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District.

To visit Sandstone Cove in Hurst, take Precinct Line Road to Glade and go east. Turn right (south) on Hurstview Drive, then continue one-half mile and turn right on Heneretta Drive.

To visit Talon Hills on Eagle Mountain Lake, take Loop 820 to Azle Avenue/FM 1220. Turn right on Boat Club Road and continue approximately three miles. Turn left on Robertson, then right on Lake Country Drive and right on Talon Drive.

Buy Smart. Buy New.

Buy Smart. Buy New.

Buying a new home has always been a smart decision, and in today’s real estate climate, it’s wiser than ever to choose a brand new home over a pre-owned house.

More Value

With a pre-owned home, you often hear of multiple offers, many of which are $5,000 to $20,000 above the asking price, and even those are rejected without an accompanying “love letter” to the seller, an offer of all cash, and minimal time to allow the buyer to have a professional inspect the property. You might see an older home that looks like it’s been beautifully updated, but how do you really know what’s behind that trendy shiplap?

With a new home, you don’t pay over the asking price, financing is flexible, and you have the peace-of-mind of knowing the home was built by licensed professionals.

It’s Personal

Build a custom home or buy early enough in the construction phase, and you make the choices – flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances, bathroom vanities and tile, light fixtures, paint colors and more. With a pre-owned home, you’ve paid for and are living with someone else’s choices, or you’re facing the expense and hassle of redoing it all to suit your tastes. Why pay twice to get exactly what you want?

State-of-the-Art Technology

Technology doesn’t just affect our cell phones. It affects every aspect of our lives, including home construction. With a newly built home, you benefit from some of the latest advances in foundation engineering, energy efficiency and networking options that accommodate the latest smart home technologies. Designing structured wiring in a new home allows you to easily place wireless router access points wherever you want them for optimal Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home.

More Resources at Your Disposal

Graham Hart has been building homes for Dallas/Fort Worth families for more than 20 years, and founder Shawn Goff is a second-generation home builder. That longevity in the business means you have an entire team of resources at your disposal, from interior decorators who can advise you on finish-out selections to financing experts who can assess your personal situation and help you secure the type of financing that works best for you.

Easier and Less Expensive Home Maintenance

In the excitement of shopping for a new home, prospective buyers sometimes focus only on the sale price and overlook potential maintenance expenses. A new home features all-new appliances that include a manufacturer’s warranty. With a pre-owned home, that 10-year-old water heater could be an expensive disaster just waiting to happen.

And because new homes are built to higher energy-efficiency standards, you could see the benefits each month in lower utility bills.

Your Satisfaction is Our Motivation

Buying a pre-owned home from an individual is a one-time transaction. Buying a new home from Graham Hart is the beginning of a relationship.

Our company is built on a foundation of excellence, and our growth over the past 23 years is the direct result of satisfied homebuyers who recommend us to their friends, family members and colleagues. In fact, we’re even building second homes for some of our buyers. We strive to be the best at what we do, through attention to detail and dedication to a job done right.

Your new home is your dream, and it’s our honor to help you make it come true.
