Your Community Sales Manager will introduce you to our preferred lender to discuss financing options that best serve your family.

Meet The Builder
Sit down with your Community Building Manager for a plan review. Here you will cover structural options and review the construction process and timelines prior to breaking ground on your new home.

Curated selection
Graham Hart partners with professional designers who will work alongside you to curate a gorgeous design palette for your home.

Communication Is Key
Keeping you updated is important to us. Once we have started construction on your home, your Community Sales Manager will reach to you every two weeks, at minimum, to provide an update on your new home.
Frame Walk
Before your new home starts drywall installation, we pause to invite you for an optional progress review to cover important components and verify all electrical and plumbing items have been installed in the designated locations.

21-Day Countdown
Your Community Sales Manager will reach out to let you know when to expect your orientation and closing to occur so you can start arranging your schedule.

Pause For Preparation
Your home goes through a series of final inspections and quality walk-throughs to ensure we present your new home with our best foot forward.

Home School
Complete an in-depth orientation with your Community Building Manager to learn the ins and outs of your new home and the benefits of our comprehensive warranty program.

It’s Closing Time!
It's time to close on your new home. This will occur at Capital Title in Colleyville on your scheduled closing date.
Post Closing Follow-Up
Your Community Sales/Construction team will follow-up with you within the first 2 weeks to ensure your family is getting settled into your new home and that Graham Hart can ensure your transition into your new home is as seamless possible.
Closing Survey
Your feedback is important to us. Expect an emailed survey 45 days after closing and let us know how we did.
